If you're reporting a bug, we can fix it faster if you tell us your phone model, your iOS or Android version, the app version (shown at the bottom of Settings) and what happened while you were doing what. Please don't put personal details such as your baby's name, date of birth or health information in the email; we don't need them.
Emergency
If you see swelling of your baby's lips, face or tongue, difficulty breathing, wheezing, paleness or lethargy, call 112 (or your local emergency number) without looking at the app. The support email is not for emergencies.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my baby's information kept?
Only on your phone. İlk Isırık has no account and no server that holds this information. See the Privacy Policy for details.
I'm changing phones. What happens to my data?
On your old phone, create a backup file in Settings → Data and backup (Ayarlar → Veriler ve yedek) and send it to yourself (AirDrop, email, iCloud Drive, etc.). On your new phone, install the app and restore the file from the same section. Without a backup we can't bring your information back, because we don't keep it.
I deleted the app. Is my data gone?
Yes, deleting the app also deletes the data on the phone. If your phone's own backup (iCloud or computer backup) is on, the data may come back when you reinstall the app; this depends on your phone's settings.
How do I buy, restore or cancel Premium?
- Buying: Choose your plan on the Premium screen. The price and duration are shown before you confirm.
- Restoring: If you changed your phone or reinstalled the app, tap "Restore purchases" on the Premium screen. You must be signed in with the Apple or Google account you bought it with.
- Canceling: On iPhone, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. The store manages the subscription; deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds: Refund requests go through the store (for Apple, reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, your Play Store account).
I bought Premium but it didn't unlock.
First make sure you're connected to the internet and try "Restore purchases". If that doesn't work, write to us with the order number from your store receipt and we'll look into it together.
Is the information in the app medical advice?
No. İlk Isırık provides information; it is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For decisions specific to your baby, talk to your pediatrician. See the Terms of Use for details.
Where does the information come from?
The information is based on guidelines published by WHO, TÜBER, the Turkish Ministry of Health and similar organizations. The app shows which source each screen uses in the Sources section and at the bottom of the relevant screen.
