Privacy Policy
İlk Isırık is a guide app that supports you as your baby starts solid foods. This page explains in plain language what information is kept where, who receives it and what we don't do.
In short
- No account. You don't sign up, and you don't give us an email address or phone number.
- Your baby's information stays only on your phone. It is not sent to us or to any server. We cannot access it.
- We don't use advertising, tracking, usage analytics or crash reporting tools.
- The only network connection is for the subscription. To check whether Premium is active, the app connects to the RevenueCat service with an anonymous ID.
1. Who we are
İlk Isırık is a Rexx Studio app. It is developed and published by Valeria Şengün (individual developer), who is also the data controller. "We" on this page refers to her. The app's bundle ID is com.ilkisirik.app. You can reach us at the address at the end of this page.
2. Information kept on your phone
The information you enter while using the app is saved in the app's own storage on your phone. Some of it is health-related (such as allergies, reactions, height and weight). That is why we say it clearly: this information does not leave your phone, and we do not see or process it.

You can enter a nickname or your baby's initial instead of their name; the app works the same.
3. Information that leaves your phone
RevenueCat (subscription service)
Premium subscriptions and purchases are managed with the service of RevenueCat, Inc. The app connects to this service to check whether Premium is active and to make "Restore purchases" work. Through this connection, the following may be processed:
- an anonymous ID specific to the app (it is not linked to your name, your email or your baby);
- purchase and subscription information (which plan, when it started and when it ends, trial status, store transaction details);
- technical information such as the app version, operating system and platform, and your IP address as part of the connection.
Your baby's information, notes and records are not sent to this service. For RevenueCat's own policy, see revenuecat.com/privacy. RevenueCat is based in the United States, so the limited information above may be transferred outside Türkiye, including to the US. This transfer is necessary to provide your subscription.
Apple App Store and Google Play
Payment is taken by the store through your Apple or Google account. We never see your card or payment details. Your purchase records are subject to the store's own policy.
4. What we don't do
- We don't show ads, and we don't collect identifiers for advertising.
- We don't track you across apps or websites.
- We don't use usage analytics or crash reporting services.
- We don't ask for location, camera, microphone, photo library, contacts or notification permission.
- We don't sell, rent or share your personal information for marketing.
5. Links that open outside the app
In some places the app takes you to a web page or another app on your phone: information sources (e.g. WHO, TÜBER), these privacy and terms pages, subscription management in the store, and a call to the 112 emergency number. Those pages and services have their own privacy rules; we don't control them.
6. Backup, report and sharing
- Backup file. In Settings → Data and backup (Ayarlar → Veriler ve yedek) you can save your data to a file and restore it later. You create the file and decide where to send it (AirDrop, email, iCloud Drive, etc.). We don't receive this file.
- Doctor report. You share the PDF report the app prepares. The information in it reaches the person or service you share it with.
- Phone backup. If your phone's iCloud or computer backup (Google backup on Android) is on, the operating system may include the app's data in that backup. This depends on your device's settings and is outside our control.
7. Retention and deletion
- Information on your phone: removed with "Delete all data" (Tüm verileri sil) in Settings → Data and backup, or by deleting the app from your phone. This cannot be undone; make a backup first if you want one.
- Subscription record: RevenueCat and the store keep this record according to their own retention periods and legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax). You can send us a deletion request at the address below; adding the order number from your store receipt makes the record easier to find.
8. Your rights and requests
Because we don't process the information on your phone, you don't need to ask us for anything about it: all of it is in your hands, and you can delete it at any time. For the limited information sent to RevenueCat, you have the following rights under Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR:
- to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it;
- to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose;
- to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred;
- to request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and its deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met;
- to object to the processing, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
You can send your requests in writing to the address below; we reply within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) or to the data protection authority in your country.
Legal basis: Processing subscription information is necessary to provide the service you purchased (performance of a contract).
9. Children's privacy
İlk Isırık is for adults responsible for the care of babies and young children (parents, caregivers); it is not made for children to use themselves. The adult enters the baby's information, and it stays only on their phone. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Security
Your information is kept in the app's storage on your phone and protected by your phone's own safeguards (screen lock, device encryption). The app has no separate password. We recommend protecting your phone with a screen lock and keeping backup files in places you trust. Communication with RevenueCat uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
11. Changes
When the app changes, for example if a new service is added, we update this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change expands the way we collect personal information, we will also announce it in the app.
