Kullanım Koşulları

Madde 1 (Kapsam)

Bu koşullar, App Store'da yayımlanan Kegel Max iOS uygulamasının ("Uygulama", "Hizmet") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamanın geliştiricisi Valeria Şengün'dür. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları ve Apple'ın standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni (EULA) kabul edersiniz.

Madde 2 (Yaş Şartı)

Kegel Max'i kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmalısınız.

Madde 3 (Hizmet İçeriği)

Abonelik; kişiselleştirilmiş kegel ve pelvik taban egzersiz programına, rehberli video egzersizlere, titreşimli tempo koçuna ve ilerleme takibine erişim sağlar.

Madde 4 (Abonelik ve Ödeme)

Kegel Max haftalık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik seçenekleri sunar. Güncel fiyatlar satın alma ekranında App Store tarafından gösterilir ve ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple kimliğinizden alınır.

Madde 5 (Otomatik Yenileme ve İptal)

Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan alınır. Aboneliğinizi iPhone Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal sonrası erişiminiz dönem sonuna kadar devam eder.

Madde 6 (İadeler)

Ödemeler ve iadeler Apple tarafından yönetilir. İade talebinizi reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden Apple'a iletebilirsiniz.

Madde 7 (Sağlık Beyanı)

Kegel Max genel bir egzersiz uygulamasıdır; tıbbi teşhis veya tedavi sunmaz ve bir sağlık uzmanının tavsiyesinin yerine geçmez. Sonuçlar kişiden kişiye değişir. Ağrı, ameliyat sonrası dönem veya bilinen bir sağlık sorununuz varsa egzersize başlamadan önce doktorunuza danışın. Egzersiz sırasında ağrı hissederseniz durun.

Madde 8 (Fikri Mülkiyet)

Uygulamanın içeriği, tasarımı ve videoları Kegel Max'e aittir; izinsiz kopyalanamaz veya dağıtılamaz.

Madde 9 (Yasaklanan Kullanımlar)

Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı ve içeriğini izinsiz paylaşmamayı kabul edersiniz.

Madde 10 (Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması)

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

Madde 11 (Değişiklikler)

Bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm uygulamada ve web sayfamızda yayımlanır.

Article 1 (Scope)

These terms govern your use of the Kegel Max iOS app published on the App Store (the "App" or "Service"). The App is developed by Valeria Şengün. By using the App you accept these terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Article 2 (Age Requirement)

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kegel Max.

Article 3 (What You Get)

A subscription gives access to the personalized kegel and pelvic floor exercise program, guided video exercises, the haptic tempo coach and progress tracking.

Article 4 (Subscription and Payment)

Kegel Max offers weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Current prices are shown by the App Store on the purchase screen, and payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Article 5 (Auto-Renewal and Cancellation)

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; after cancelling, access continues until the end of the period.

Article 6 (Refunds)

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Article 7 (Health Disclaimer)

Kegel Max is a general exercise app. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a health professional. Results vary from person to person. If you have pain, are recovering from surgery or have a known health condition, talk to your doctor before you start. Stop if you feel pain during an exercise.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

The App's content, design and videos belong to Kegel Max and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

Article 9 (Prohibited Use)

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer it or share its content without permission.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the App.

Article 11 (Changes)

These terms may be updated. The current version is published in the app and on our website.
