Madde 1 (Tanımlar ve Veri Sorumlusu)

İşbu metinde Kegel Max ("biz", "bizim" veya "bize"), App Store'da yayımlanan Kegel Max iOS uygulamasını; Hizmet, uygulamadaki kişisel kegel ve pelvik taban egzersiz programını ifade eder. Veri sorumlusu, uygulamanın geliştiricisi Valeria Şengün'dür. İletişim: abscorex.support@gmail.com

Madde 2 (Hesap Yok)

Kegel Max'i kullanmak için hesap açmanız gerekmez. Adınız, e-posta adresiniz veya telefon numaranız istenmez ve toplanmaz.

Madde 3 (Quiz Cevapları ve Program Verileri)

Başlangıçtaki quiz'de verdiğiniz cevaplar (yaş aralığı, hedefiniz ve cinsel sağlık, performans ve alışkanlıklarla ilgili sorular) ile program ilerlemeniz, programınızın hazırlanması ve gösterilmesi için cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu veriler cihazınızdan silinir.

Madde 4 (Analiz Verileri)

Uygulamayı iyileştirmek için hangi ekranların görüntülendiği, quiz cevapları, satın alma adımları gibi kullanım olayları; cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü ve dil bilgisiyle birlikte Mixpanel'e gönderilir. Bu olaylar adınızla değil, cihazınızda rastgele oluşturulan bir kimlikle ilişkilendirilir.

Madde 5 (Satın Almalar)

Ödemeler Apple App Store üzerinden alınır; kart veya ödeme bilgileriniz Kegel Max'e iletilmez. Abonelik durumunun yönetimi için RevenueCat'e rastgele bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği ve satın alma geçmişi iletilir.

Madde 6 (Reklam Ölçümü)

Reklamlarımızın işe yarayıp yaramadığını ölçmek için uygulama açılışı ve satın alma gibi olaylar Meta'ya (Facebook) iletilir. Reklam kimliğiniz (IDFA) yalnızca uygulama izin istediğinde "İzin Ver"i seçerseniz paylaşılır. Bu izni iPhone Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve Güvenlik > Takip bölümünden istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz.

Madde 7 (Veri İşleme Amaçları)

Veriler yalnızca programınızın hazırlanması, aboneliğinizin yönetilmesi, uygulamanın geliştirilmesi ve hataların giderilmesi ile reklam ölçümü amaçlarıyla işlenir. Verileriniz satılmaz.

Madde 8 (Yurt Dışına Aktarım)

Mixpanel, RevenueCat ve Meta'nın sunucuları yurt dışında (ağırlıklı olarak ABD'de) bulunmaktadır. Madde 4-6'da belirtilen veriler bu hizmet sağlayıcılara aktarılır ve onların gizlilik koşullarına tabidir.

Madde 9 (Saklama Süresi)

Cihazdaki veriler uygulamayı silene kadar saklanır. Analiz verileri, uygulamanın geliştirilmesi için gereken süre boyunca hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucularında tutulur; silinmesini dilediğiniz zaman talep edebilirsiniz.

Madde 10 (Haklarınız)

KVKK ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve açık rızanızı geri alma haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi abscorex.support@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsiniz.

Madde 11 (18 Yaş Sınırı)

Kegel Max yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri yetişkinler içindir. 18 yaşından küçüklere ait veriler bilerek toplanmaz.

Madde 12 (Değişiklikler)

Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm uygulamada ve web sayfamızda yayımlanır.

Madde 13 (Açık Rıza Beyanı)

Quiz cevaplarınız cinsel sağlık ve alışkanlıklarla ilgili özel nitelikli kişisel veri içerebilir. Devam ederek bu cevapların Madde 3 ve 4'te belirtilen amaçlarla işlenmesine ve Madde 8'de belirtilen şekilde yurt dışındaki hizmet sağlayıcılara aktarılmasına açık rıza verdiğinizi kabul edersiniz. Rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz.

Privacy Policy, Personal Data Processing Notice and Explicit Consent Statement

Article 1 (Definitions and Data Controller)

In this policy, Kegel Max ("we", "us", or "our") refers to the Kegel Max iOS app published on the App Store; the Service refers to the personal kegel and pelvic floor exercise program in the app. The data controller is the app's developer, Valeria Şengün. Contact: abscorex.support@gmail.com

Article 2 (No Account)

You do not need an account to use Kegel Max. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address or phone number.

Article 3 (Quiz Answers and Program Data)

Your answers to the onboarding quiz (age range, goal, and questions about sexual health, performance and habits) and your program progress are stored on your device to build and show your program. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

Article 4 (Analytics)

To improve the app, usage events such as screens viewed, quiz answers and purchase steps are sent to Mixpanel together with device model, operating system version, app version and language. These events are linked to a random identifier created on your device, not to your name.

Article 5 (Purchases)

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store; your card or payment details are never shared with Kegel Max. To manage your subscription status, a random app user ID and your purchase history are shared with RevenueCat.

Article 6 (Ad Measurement)

To measure whether our ads work, events such as app opens and purchases are shared with Meta (Facebook). Your advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared only if you choose "Allow" when the app asks. You can change this at any time in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Article 7 (Purposes)

Data is processed only to build your program, manage your subscription, improve the app and fix errors, and measure ads. We do not sell your data.

Article 8 (International Transfers)

Mixpanel, RevenueCat and Meta operate servers outside Turkey (mainly in the United States). The data described in Articles 4-6 is transferred to these providers and is subject to their privacy terms.

Article 9 (Retention)

On-device data is kept until you delete the app. Analytics data is kept on the providers' servers for as long as needed to improve the app; you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Article 10 (Your Rights)

Under applicable law you may access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing and withdraw your consent. Send requests to abscorex.support@gmail.com.

Article 11 (Age Limit)

Kegel Max is for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Article 12 (Changes)

This policy may be updated. The current version is published in the app and on our website.

Article 13 (Explicit Consent)

Your quiz answers may include special categories of personal data about sexual health and habits. By continuing, you give your explicit consent to the processing of these answers for the purposes in Articles 3 and 4 and to their transfer to providers abroad as described in Article 8. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
